Terms of Use
These terms supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the HitchPin iOS app (a paid, one-time App Store download). If they conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s EULA controls for distribution on the App Store.
License
HitchPin is licensed, not sold. $4.99 is a one-time App Store purchase. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no free crippled tier.
What HitchPin is — and is not
HitchPin shows ON and HOME days from a start date and a repeating on/off cycle (KeenCalc civil-day math). It is a personal schedule aid for oilfield and offshore hitches.
HitchPin is not payroll software, not timekeeping, not tax or legal advice, and not a substitute for your operator’s crew-change rules. Do not use it to compute wages, overtime, buybacks, sell-days, Kelly days, or FLSA periods. Always confirm crew change with your company.
Accuracy
Cycle math uses Gregorian civil days (leap day counts as one day). Display labels (Days / Nights) do not change the math. You are responsible for entering the correct start date and on/off lengths.
Your data
Hitch stays on-device. Sharing a QR, paste payload, or PDF is your choice. See the Privacy Policy.
